The hotel is situated at the end of the hallway, making it a bit of a walk from the elevator, but the simplicity of the rooms matched with the high price could be improved. It is wheelchair friendly, catering to accessibility needs.
The hotel was great overall, with very clean and comfortable rooms. The front desk even called to ensure everything was satisfactory, showing they care for their guests. However, my specific room preferences weren't honored despite providing all necessary documentation. I appreciate the care and will consider staying again.
The hotel was quiet, clean, and nicely appointed, but there were issues such as dirty dog hair on spare blankets and a filthy hallway. The housekeepers seemed to rush through cleaning, and the swimming pool area had maintenance issues like empty vending machines and a broken fountain.
